Spelinamox is very against CRO, CCRD, Coryza, Fowl Typhoid, Pullorum disease, Fowl Cholera, Collibacillosis, Necrotic and Ulcerative Enteritis.

Lincomycin is an antibiotic effective in infections caused by gram positive bacteria specially Staphylococci spp and Streptococci spp. It is effective in the treatment of upper respiratory infections, septicemia, and infection of skin and adjoining tissues.

Spectinomycin is an aminosyclitol with Gram-positive and Gram negative activity. It has very useful activity against mycoplasmas which are of importance in poultry chronic respiratory disease.

The activity of Spectinomycin against most bacteria and mycoplasmas is bacteriostatic and bactericidal protein binding is low (less than 10%) and lipid solubility is also low.

This property reduces tissue penetration and concentration of Spectinomycin in tissue fluid are much less then those found in plasma.

Amoxcycillin is rapidly absorbed after oral administration. It demonstrates a low capacity for protein binding and widely distributed in various tissues after absorption. Amoxycillin is primarily excreted via the kidneys into the urine and circulated via the liver into the bile.

Amoxicillin, like all beta-lactamantibiotics, prevents the bacterial cell wall from forming by interfering with the final stage of peptidoglycan synthesis. Amoxcillin inhibits the activity of the transpeptidase and other peptidoglycan-active enzymes which catalyst the crosslinkage of the glycopeptide polymer units. This leads to rupture of the cytoplasmic membrane through the weakened section and formation of a spheroplast. The drug exerts its bacterial action only in growing cells, that is, cell with an undergoing cell wall synthesis.
